3)refs will be hired at this time No Owner Can be a ref, Or a player On a Team, except I

5)worst team at the end of the season will be Cut.
6)The Team That wins the Cyber Bowl will get a upgrade to there stadium,a Trophy & a roster Max Improvement of 2 People (15 Just beceame 17 People)
7) All Trades Must Be made by week 5
8) All Games are set by coach unless not set by friday then The Commish will asign the Game
9)You May only scrim 3 Teams in the Offseason All others will result in a punishment |
