Moving wearable hats

Have you ever gotten a hat that doesn't fit? Doesn't match? Well here is my idea. My idea is that there should be a feature in the Character page that can let you move hats up and down and side to side. So it fits. The limit should be, in my opinion that the hat has to partially touch the characters head.
