Dynamically change daily tix to currency exchange rates

Instead of a flat 10 tickets, change it to match the ratio. For example, if 1 Robux is 14 tickets each, then all users get 14 tix. If it spikes to 100 tix for 1 Robux then all users get 100 tickets. This should solve the problem of waiting 2 days to get a single Robux.
