A relative of yours was a war hero?Your country has won great wars?Tell about it.
My country is Bulgaria.The story I will tell is true of course:
It was a war that I don't remember.WWI maybe or the Balcan war, I dunno.It was a battle between Bulgaria And Serbia.My guys had no ammo.They SURELY must have lost the battle, because the Serbians had ammo, food and more.BUT we, as totally awesome and crazy people, attacked the Serbian trenches and camp with KNIFES.The cool thing is that we won.Total ownage it was.
Sorry that I said the story like I was there.It was more easier for me to tell it that way. |

my father was in the shayat 13 (naval comando group) at the first labanon war
the old boat thet they used were vary fast and used a new way of shoting rockets, the problem was thet the rcket never hit the target
15 minute after hte war stoped they have a rocket jam on the boat and need to make a emargancy fire so the luanch the rocket away
the rocket hit a jordern officers club |

Ok. Here's a story. None of my relatives or anyone I know are in it but read it.
In WWII, there was a B-17 bomber that was shot up really badly and was flying deeper into German territory. The Germans sent a pilot to shoot down the B-17 but when the German pilot saw the B-17 he didn't want to shoot it down. Instead, he waved at the bomber pilot to turn around 180 degrees, back to England. The German pilot escorted the bomber slightly over the North Sea, gave a salute, a flew away. Back into German territory.
The German pilot told the commanding officer that the B-17 was shot down over the North Sea and never told the truth about what really happened. The B-17 pilot told what happened but was ordered never to talk about it.
About 40 years later, the pilot of the B-17 (Charlie Brown) found that same German pilot (Franz Stigler). The German pilot said that he could not shoot them down. He said "It would have been the same as shooting at a man in a parachute".
Both men died in 2008.

In the war of 1812, well actually a treaty had already been signed but the word hadn't got to them yet, Andrew Jackson and some of his men went down to New Orleans there was a battle between his 1,000-1,200 men against more than 12,000 british troops, they dug trenches and everyone got set up in them, and I forgot to tell that James Laffeyte,a pitrate, also helped us.
When the battle started the british troops, led by Pacinham, sorry if mispelled, marched toward to the trenches where they though thats the only place the American troops would be, but then they were surprised when James lafeyte opened fire from the right side with rifles and canons that broke down the ifantry, still they kept marching toward the tenches where the American troops were waiting, finally when the british got close enough, the American troops opened foire on the british ifantry at almost point blank range along with Lafeyte's canons still firing down on them. the british kept coming over and over agian and endeed up dying, the smoke was filling up the place and the british officers ordered ladders to be put up on the trenches so they could get in, well he waited a long time and he couldn't see through the smokes, finallly he gave the order to charge and get in the trenches, guess what, no ladders, and we opened fire once agian and this time Pacinham was shot in the leg and and shoulder and died. We finally drove them back to sea and won the Battle of New Orleans. Also durring that war we eliminated the british in lake erie and killed the _______ that planned the burning of washington. |
