rap promotes s|e|x to kids, also most rappers rap about girls and THEIR money, not anyone else's, i used to love rap, then i payed attention to the lyrics and hated how selfish they are, now i listen to rock,metal, and screamo, which the music is about meaning, since rock is very poetic, not about how good it sounds(even though it sounds good), and also before you say something about rock,metal, and screamo, its not all about the devil, thats called satanic music, like marylin manson(he has two non-satanic songs), anyway thats what rap promotes and it shows that not all rock is satanic

I guess my perspective boasts an appreciatiation for more Rock/Rap oriented Rap, although some songs are still just great Rap songs. Rage, Chili Peppers, Street Sweeper, and a few others I like. |
