Test Site Errors

Hello people of roblox. I'm xxxLOSERxxx I have found some errors when I logged on. 1st It wont let my upload a place so I just get the starter ones. D: 2nd When I made a new account on test it didnt make me start off with 10 tix. 3rd I havent gotten my daily tix yet ( I think I already know what happened on the 3rd one ) Please answer why these errors are happening. When i logged onto my account i had the same R$ and Tix i had from a week ago, my costume and items haven't changed since a week ago...What im saying is it needs to update character data P.S The catalog hasnt changed either
