Nice Donny. About the same for me. I can do 20 I think I could possibly do 25 im not sure. I probably could with my right arm not my left

I have lost a noticeable amount of muscle. Low calorie intakes burn fat and muscle both sadly.

Ikr. I want to lose flab and gain muscle at the same time but my maxes arent going up because I want both.

I heard somewhere that people get bigger with muscle by first eating a lot until they're chubby and have gained weight. Then from there they work out and burn the fat off and keep that current weight. The lion does not concern himself with the opinions of the sheep.

I can curl like 80 but its not that great of form and I look kinda bad lol. This is both arms curling right?
