Roblox Studio Build Panning Lag

When in build mode in studio, if you right click and pan the camera around, youll notice it shutters. Fix please?

Ive restart Roblox twice, the lag while panning the camera in studio and build mode are pretty bad. my FPS dosent drop but the camera just shutters when you pan it around.

Studio lags like heck after a few placed bricks. Camera lags just as much. PC Specs EVGA 650 Ti X4 Phenom 2.3 GHZ 8 GB RAM Win7 64 Bit. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled but just keeps lagging badly instudio, paused and all.
