Colors and white lines appearing

Whenever I enter any game, colors are completely different than they should be, and white lines are everything, it may be from models. Help??

Try redownloading roblox, if that doesnt work your graphics card cant withstand roblox graphics or has been fried, prob need a new one I'll miss you guys. Quit ROBLOX 3/6/14

Already uninstall and reinstalled. Also, Google Chrome take 5 minutes to boot up.
