Hats can only be made with 3D modeling software. They can be difficult to make, but a skilled person can make them easily. Because of this, mods are the only people who can sell hats. You can request a hat, but there's not a big chance it will be made.

3D modeling software(paint may not work)
This must be able to export to the .3DS model format or some format that Anim8or can use.
Anim8or can use this script to export to a Roblox mesh.
Software for making textures
This can be any image editor. Microsoft Paint is free with Windows. Calagari is also free, simple and easy to use.
Pretty much that most of you people if you want free softwares, use Paint. Paint has a 3D software on it to make all of your art to become 3D. You can ask the mods to sell it, but you dont get anyhting. But you can make a hat and keep it for your self. ~KZ~ |
