Selected Blocks Should have Transparent Outline.

For those who build a lot, you should already know that when you select a block, a solid blue outline goes around it, this itself isn't a bad thing (in fact, it's actually good because you know what brick you have selected). But it can be annoying for elite builders that require bricks to be in the right spot. By making the outline a bit transparent, this will allow builders to be precise with their building without having to deselect it all the time to see if it's lined up correctly. And the "transparentness" doesn't have to be too major or anything, just enough so people can see through the blue outline.
