I decided, what the hell. May as well throw a thread up.
NTC is pretty much dead at the moment. I personally blame three things; Nox, lack of bloody officers, and the current slump leading most lower ranks to think nothing is going to happen. So, now that Im backish, I'm going to repeatedly slam my boot into NTC's nads until I can get it to start squealing. Why make a thread? Because if nothing else it feels more official than saying it on the wall.
Essentially, here's what I'll be doing:
- Causing EXTREMELY fluid rank movement. You can be promoted, or demoted, without warning for the smallest thing.
- Creating a stable amount of officers who can do things without a schedule and without the wrath of god above their head.
- Assure everybody has at least a basic understanding of Corporate lore.
- Have the Catalysts run as intended.
- Curse a lot about hurrying up and finishing Fylix.
- Randomly click exile on Low-Grade Employees, so hurry up and get out of that rank.
- Shoot anybody who preaches heresy against Cynthia into space via railgun. As Sub pointed out recently, blood stains are hard to clean out of our white... Everything.
So, fishies. Start paying attention to the wall and shout.
May Cynthia be warded forever.

... Eventually. NTC has some problems but the overall desire to stay true to MD is somewhat remarkable. I've got time in my hands so hey. I'll beat it back into shape, kudos to those who help.

--If you're going to fix anything, completely, doesn't matter what it is in life,
you have to start from the bottom up, the fundamentals, then get to the smaller details later on.
The first problem here,
Tarkus owning the group.
Tarkus is good as a supporting role/leader,
however she isn't as good leading the group herself.
She's inactive for one.
Secondly she can't build as well as MD does.
You need someone who's active a lot, willing to put in the time, & is a good builder.
Only person I know who fits that description is MD, but he's gone.
Now maybe if SubZero was the go-getter type who leads trainings,
(Really the leader type & all), he would be good to run the group,
because he at least can build.
Lets face it, NTC was a group based off of building.
New bases is what made the group's activity regular.
Without that, it's virtually nothing now.
If there's any 2 people to run/own the group, it would be Tesana, or subZero.
Of course I doubt Tarkus9 would just 'up & hand over leadership' to Tes or anyone else, seeing as Tarkus more than likely views NTC as 'her property',
& her's alone,
thus making this group a complete dictatorship.
Really I see no reason for effort unless you're the one owning the clan.

NTC has been dead even since MD made it. He never did a thing with it, we are a PMC, we never did anything. MD built tech that he never bothered to finish besides stuff he sold or gave away. Even then he didn't finish some of them.

Also, bringing up OVA in what may have happened if you let us in charge is silly. All OVA was to you was another group to throw out. I'm not complaining, that's history and I don't care much for it anymore. Even you said you never brought it to its full potential. Due to your anger and such.
You never let us have control, except to THEMAN who had real life issues during the reign. But that's okay. Try not to bring the past to arguments my old friend. None of us know what would've happened if OVA went to its full potential. |

It was really besides the point.
He built tech,
& bases,
which attracted new members,
& got people to visit his maps.
It was really up to the installed heirarchy (HRs) to do the training & raids,
& such.
The group died because MD stopped working on his things, aka never finishing it.
The building & everything else was what brought in the members & activity.
No amount of hosting training, or running raids will make a group successful & active as long as the current leader doesn't have any redeemable qualities outside of that.
It becomes a run of the mill clan,
if the leader has no skills outside of training & leading raids.
There has to be some kind of skill there for the group to be running properly.
Making ads,
uniforms,
textures,
GFX,
building,
scripting,
being an accentric rich hat owner who has connections,
ect.
There has to be something outside of; 'just leading', in order for it to work. |

I've done as you stated below. I became vastly wealthy, spending 70% of my earnings to support NTC. Which is nearly 100k ROBUX. The ads I made and ran made NTC popular spot for a month, this decayed away shortly after I became inactive due to reasons outside. And I gave up after I lost everything.
GFX I had to self teach myself to do. They aren't good but I'm getting better. They're something. Uniforms were made outside of my control, and scripting is something I don't do anymore.
Tarkus can lead raids, which she used to do and we were very good.. now she believes clans that could be decent rivals are beneath NTC. I've tried to get her to make war with someone to give our guys something to do, she wholeheartedly refused.
But this is just a start, Felix is underway. Hoping to return NTC to something better. |

You know the primary reason why I choose not to run the group? Because I don't have BC. I don't have a leadership initiative because it wouldn't matter if I showed one or not, in the end it still depends on whether I have BC or not. I could own NTC and our subgroups, I could create all of our uniforms, I could host all of our places, but I dont have BC, so none of this ever happens. |

--You aren't me, there's no way for you to know that.
During that time frame I put everything I had into that group.
There wasn't a single thing that I did that wasn't for that clan.

No, I didn't, & I couldn't, because everything I had planned for the group hinged on what other people could do for the group.
Scripting was the biggest problem. Every idea I had, I was unable to do either because I first couldn't find a scripter who could help, the scripter was lazy & took months to do 1 simple task, the scripter free'd up all the things he made for me, or the scripter asked for too much money for his services.
I built countless bases in utter secrecy as the group rotten & withered away.
Only way it was ever going to be fixed was to develop in secret.

& the fall of OVA was entirely the members fault,
believing lies & rumors about scamming & group owner negligence,
which eventually led to a rebellion, & me handing the group over to THEMAN who in turn didn't have the self esteem to stand up for himself & OVA & eventually ended up getting walked on by his HR's who promised him activity & everything else, but only yielded him lies & free models instead.
The group became so marred & tarnished from what you people put it through,
that even VAK had to un-ally you.
Vaktus! Even knew you kids were a mindless rabble who didn't know what you were doing!

It just became a nasty pit of deceit & dis unity,

... If I'd known a two wall posts and a forum thread was enough to get more happening than has in a month, I'd have done it ages ago.
Well. Regardless of what Tark does or doesn't do, Sub and I are going on a bit of a crusade to get things moving. If she's inactive, we'll still launch it again. If she helps, great. All the better.
I don't care who does what or who's where so long as the end result comes along. |

Why don't you come help manage NTC then. It would take just as much effort as it does to complain about us. But it would benefit more people. |
