Argue that about his economics, and health care, if you want. In reality, any president, particularly Obama, would follow the U.S's policy of total retaliation for nuclear war. Also, Russian nukes are pretty low quality. US nukes are way better, higher yield, and higher success rate of the missiles. |

The reason why we are actively involved in the affairs of other countries is because of our backing force in terms of military and wealth.
Now, before everyone goes all anti-American on me, let me say my two cents. The United States is a powerful country. Not the most intelligent at times, not all decisions are for the good of "democracy." But we do has a substantial amount of military.
(An example of this is the cause of WWII. The United States basically isolated the rest of the world after WWI to prevent any future conflict. The League of Nations created to prevent future world conflicts after WWI did not have enough military to enforce its condemnation decisions. This is why a certain person in Germany could build up his army and resources to overpower nearby countries, and why no one seemed to stop him.)
Russia would be hard pressed to win a war against the European Union, China (whom we have a more stable relationship with), and our military. Even though Russia has more nuclear power, they have to hit practically Europe, China, and America. The US simply targets only Russian territory.
So please, learn some history and get your brain checked because I cannot have Americans saying stupid stuff and acting as though they know politics. This is why the rest of the world thinks we're obese and mentally incapacitated. |
