Just passed tryouts: Fill in the application I will send to you at the time, if you fail the application you will be exiled, and if you pass you will be moved to Operative in Training. Operative In Training: Operative who will have to go through a test called OiT Test which will be hosted once a week by me or the DD. You can only attend the OiT Test if you have been in NRO for 1 week and a half +. NOTE: NROA=National Reconnaissance Office Agent NROA 1-2: A basic agent who has passed the OiT Test. You must attend an NROA 1-2 training, which will include obbies and questions on how NRO works, and common knowledge on space. If you fail this test, you will remain NROA 1-2, until you pass it. NROA 22-1: A basic agent who passed the NROA 1-2 training. You must now attend an NROA 22-1 training, which will include gun fighting (In order to fight off any hostiles, if they attack our base.) as well as basic satellite/drone usage. If you fail this test, you will remain NROA 22-1, until you pass it. NROA 121-1: The basic agent at the end of his training. He must now work hard in all you learned, obbies, general knowledge, fighting and satellite/drone usage. If you fail this test, you will be demoted to NROA 1-2 to re-take your classes and tests. YOU MAY NOT SPEAK OF THIS TEST TO ANYONE. Junior Operative: To make it thus far, you have passed all your training/practice phases. As a junior operative, you must prove yourself worthy, experienced and active to make it to Senior Operative. Just do what was listed above, and you will make it to Senior Operative. Senior Operative: An operative with ALOT of experience. You must be active, and prove you are worthy of being in NRO. Your skills must show. To make it to Directorate, you must be recommended by at least 2 advisors +. Directorate: They are the Training Directorates in training. They are allowed to co-host in NRO trainings, only if the host approves. To make it to Training Directorate, there must be space for him (check Training Directorate rank after), and he must be approved by the Director and the Deputy Director. You will need recommendations from other HR's. Training Directorate: They are the members who host the trainings, and sometimes the tests. There is a maximum of 7 Training Directorates at a time. This is the highest rank obtainable, the next ranks are appointed to you if you are chosen. Advisor: 2 Advisors are chosen by the Director, and 2 by the Deputy Director. They are picked randomly, you do not commentate who gets this rank. They are your superiors. Chief Advisor: A position which the Director and the Deputy Director choose 1 person that will advise both the Director and the DD. He talks to the advisors to gather info to present to the Director and DD. Chief of Staff: The highest non-director rank. He manages the Directorates, Training Directorates, and the other members. He reports directly to the Director or Deputy Director if something is going wrong. Deputy Director: Chosen by the Director, manages everything with the Director. Section IV: Once the training is over, you will submit a report to the Deputy Director and Director including: -Time and date of your training (Example: March 13th 2014 from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM) -The names of the trainees who attended -The names of trainees who have gotten warnings, or have been banned -By the names, how many points each trainee has earned (You can just take a gyazo at the end of the training) -How well the training went on a scale from 1-3 [1-Very bad, no one listened or followed instructions] [2-In the middle, but could have been better] [3-Very good, everyone listened and participated as well as they could] Section V: Trainings will happen multiple times per week. Here are the things we will cover in trainings (Depending what phase you are at, it is possible you don't do some of the following.): -Leadership- This is the ability to lead your operatives into operations. -Gun fighting- This is to prevent breaches into the HQ. -Operating Spy Sattelite/Drones, Driving- You will learn and be tested, how to start the engine, how to slow down, how to go faster. With Spy Sattelites, you will learn how to view the camera, its design and features. -The knowledge of the Laws/Knowledge when to arrest- This is when to not arrest, or when to arrest. -Grammar and Spelling Checks- You have to have good communication skills, or else you will probably be demoted. I hope this guide will be of help to you NRO Agents. Sincerely, Director of the National Reconnaissance Office Mathieu999999999.
