The blue bar at the top won't follow me at the top

IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN The blue bar with games,catalog etc usually stays in the same spot on the screen when I scroll down But this time it's not, I did something but I don't know what I did to do that

Delete system 32, may or may not help. System 32 has a ROBLOX system client that holds all bugs. I removed system 32 and since then I have had no bugs.
