About yesterday, I recieved an error message "An unexpected error occurred and ROBLOX needs to quit. We're sorry!" after my character spawned in a game.
I pressed OK, expecting the game to quit; however it didn't, so i didn't mind.
Later, i was going to play another game, however the same error message appeared; this time it appeared before the game even tried to load.
I tried other games only to get the same error, so i uninstalled ROBLOX Game and ROBLOX Studio, in which i still get the error.
I checked my firewall settings and it shows all on 'ALLOW, and the internet connection at the time of each error is good.
Help?

PS: Obnoxious and useless replies like "ur internet is bad" "get better computer" and "hit it with battle axe" is not helpful and typing that is a waste of your time.

Try joining the game again, if not that your Windows has expired. |
|
|
Still the same; and what would you mean my Windows has expired? There isn't an expiry. |

I mean like if your Windows 7 has been counterfeited. Now, do you see what I mean. |

yes, because I have the same problem with my computer and I know it's the counterfeited Windows. |
|
|
Wouldn't a counterfeit Windows show "Your version of Windows is not Genuine!" in Computer > Properties...? |
|
|
oh wait, never mind that previous post. |

Yea, thats what mine shows. |
|
|
It doesn't show on mine, which means it's not counterfeit. |
|
|
|
you are aware it is federal law against counterfeit windows
you could be under arrested |
|
|
I'm not using a counterfeit Windows. |

How about re-installing ROBLOX? |

What the hell? Counterfeit software has nothing to do with this.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
First uninstall Roblox AND Roblox Studio in Control Panel
Go to Start> In the search box type %LOCALAPPDATA% > Click on the file "Local" > Delete the file named "Roblox" Within the "Local" file.
Reinstall Roblox.
If the problem persists, it may be a RAM issue.
only try this if the above does not help.
Desktop:
Open up your computer, Take out all the RAM sticks and gently blow on them, put them back in SECURELY.
Laptop:
Open the back of your laptop, you will see that the RAM is soldered onto your computers motherboard, gently blow into the spot where the ram is. |

^^^^^
Why don't you just be quiet. He is asking for help, and your here lying about your dad, and how your going to call the FBI.
Just shut your trap.
P.S. "FBI" should be capitalized, since it is initials of something.

@Robloxguy
Try doing what Jason did. |
|
|
I have seen this, and it's not anything that bad. You just close the Unexpected Error, and Play more.. but there could also be some technical Problems. Check that there's no virus on your Laptop.
or info, [email protected] for more Help. |

@jason @richie,
A friend told me in skype "delete all the roblox files" which gave me the idea to delete the files in Local, and it worked.
It's pretty much the same thing you said.
Thanks anyways. |
