Could be... 1) Either bad computer. 2) Bad connection. 3) Graphic cards are outdated.

Check your firewall settings. Your new computer may have preconfigured firewall settings blocking connections to and from Roblox.

sorry for the disturbance but. this connection attempt failed ID=17 also happened to me. I don't know why it started few days ago. before it started I played the game choices here in roblox. then after I played that game. I tried to play murder mystery and there it started. til' now I can't play any games here in roblox. can anyone tell me why? my internet is normal. I can't also play in ipad but why? I used already my second account.

Well this also happens to me. Alot, I figured if i reset my computer their is a 50% chance of this being removed for at least 30mins I then tried going in firewall settings and making a new rule wich may work bu then again lasted 1hour. Lastly I tried changing the settings in studio and now I can enojoy game's and this doesn't happen as often. Regard's,

It also has happened quite a few times to me. I usually wait for about like 5 minutes or so and then go back on. Sometimes the graphics are a bit to heavy for older computers. Which is one of the reasons why sometimes people get lag. Sometimes its just the issue with the game. Maybe the graphics are having a problem to function properly. I'm not sure though/

Servers do crash and attempt to not work properly. Here's a list of what you people can do when this happens to you. -Check your firewall to make sure there isn't any blockages. -Make sure your computer isn't too old or it wont be able to handle the heavy graphics. -Wait for a while before going back to the game. -Contact the owner. Let him/her know whats happening if it only happens with that game. -Make sure your internet connection isn't being disturbed or is having problems. I hope one of these ways helped you to get into the game. If it still doesn't... then the servers just keep on crashing ._.
