skyrim leveling couldn't be easier even though i know the quotation marks are there for a reason
just pick up a Muffle spell, run up and down the path to the College of Winterhold while casting Muffle, and when it hits 100 skill just legendary it and start over

when I first played Skyrim i went Orc because of their Berserker Rage ability plus their boosts to both one and two handed
I'm planning on doing an Orc character soon that uses enchanting and one-handed
might pick up smithing to improve armor but I don't want to make it a huge thing because smithing grinding absolutely ruins loot

conjure dremora lord spell
+ any melee follower(Farkas, Vilkas, Stenvar, etc.)
get healing hands
congratulations you've completely bypassed the difficulty level by having a follower who is unchanged by difficulty do all the fighting for you
