I can't visit places. What do I do?

I've tried reinstalling, but that's all I know to do. When I try to visit places, I get the popup that tells me to install the launcher.

Restart your modem/router (unplug it and plug it again) and then re-install the game client.

Move the Versions folder on another folder or delete it AppData\Local\Roblox\Versions
