What's funny is that in OP's blurb, he/she (most likely a he) says that he is ranked corporal in TRA, so I'm going to assume this is some booty hurt or who raged at TRA for not giving him a promo

You just got scammed. And actually, you just intentionally committed bribery. Try doing that to a cop when he/she pulls you over, and if they take it you just bribed him/her. Which can get you exiled. :)
