Roblox changing charcter error

When I try to take my hat off it wont take it off.I just press remove and it don't go off.Also when I press another category like hats or shirts on change character it don't go to it.Also when I go to shirts on develop and try to make one it keeps not responding when I choose my picture.Can someone help all my problems?
