I was thinking that there should be an option for users (no need to par Robux) to customize their profile using HTML, as some people are HTML-buffs, such as I. And also, taking my greed into account here, we should be able to trade Tix or Robux for giving other people codes for their HTML profile >:3

That'd be cool, but what would happen if someone altered the layout of their whole profile or something like that? I don't know much about HTML, but using HTML, in another game I play, you can change the layout of the site in your particular section.

no, just, no, just, too many problems, such as altering all kinds of things on the site directly and possibly changing cookies. They can just make it a feature.

Yea, that's true, but if the game designers know the code, they could lock that down. Or not even make it HTML, just like, be able to upload a wallpaper and such to show more individualism in Roblox.
