This thread explains the mishap with Assassins and the speedhacking/permanent invisibility glitch and is a sort of public service announcement regarding any type of exploiter in Roblox and out.
First of all, basically, I mixed up versions of the Assassins game and uploaded the wrong one, speedhacking and permanent invisibility glitch is fixed. Also the Block and Camouflage tactic has been upgraded.
Let me tell you something, I got my first xbox on Christmas when I was 13 (18 this july), I've been wanting one for so long, I absolutely loved the WWII rendition they had done (Call of Duty: World at War (CoD: WaW)) and the Zombies mode. I was nuts about the Zombies mode. The fact that I could play it anytime rather than only when I was at a friends house..... It was a great time for about 2 months. At the time, World at War was getting old, so the company didn't really care if hackers were overrunning the game, which I will always look down on.
In Multiplayer mode there was an increasing amount of speedhackers/healthhackers/ammohackers, I reported as I saw, never knowing if any was served justice. Though I reported as many as I could, they were still abundant. Soon they overran Multiplayer mode and started hitting Zombies mode, which I always fell back to whenever I saw too many hackers in multiplayer. I could never get a decent, hacker-free match. Call of Duty: World at War, a nice WWII rendition and awesome for introducing Zombies mode, had been ruined by exploiters.
By speedhacking, modifying your stats, giving yourself an advantage, any of the sort, you immediately become illegitimate player-wise. Nothing you do from then on is something you actually earned until you redeem yourself. You are living to only cause harm and trouble to others, and for what, a couple laughs? That's really it, you gain nothing from exploiting, absolutely nothing, you just get banned or kicked, you get hate, you get unwelcomed, so why do you do it?! I think many people just have quite a hunger for power, that they don't care about the consequences or the people they hurt, they'll do whatever to be in that power!
ARSENAL's philosophy is to remain in constructing fair games, to not value profit over passion and vice versa but to also keep both as perfect a balance of the two as much as possible. And in a situation like that, which I believe is the most prosperous policy humane-wise and company-wise, if you are caught hacking through evidence then you are immediately banned from any game ARSENAL has dished out for a period of time. You're a cheater and have no will to respect other players, PLEASE give me a reason why that policy should be softer? Is this any different than what we've seen? What happens if you cheat in an official sport? What happens if you cheat during a high roller CARD GAME! Lol, I really suggest you re-evaluate!
But who am I talking to, usually exploiters fall into the sort where they have so much not-care for what's right that they won't even read a message, like this one, that's directly towards them! So that's where you come in, players, to raise awareness against the cheaters, to tell them it's NOT okay and to report, to let the biggest man, ROBLOX, know you want the cheaters out and to stay out, for the sake of your games! |
