as a city, yes st louis is filled with gangs and weird people, but the city is really nice i wouldn't want to live in st. louis unless it's in like soulard (one of the safest neighborhoods) Iᴛ ᴀɪɴᴛ ᴇᴀsʏ, ʙᴇɪɴɢ Cʜᴇᴇsᴇʏ.
