LordHammy way
-Open 'My Computer' and search 'ROBLOX' delete every ROBLOX File.
-Next, open the 'Start Menu' and type in 'Run' or select it from the side column of the menu.
-Once it opens up, type in; %appdata%
-Once a folder opens, type in the search/command bar; ROBLOX.
-Again, delete all ROBLOX Files.
Then, re-install ROBLOX and it should work. If not;
Go to Control Panel >> Add or Remove Hardware; again search ROBLOX, it should say ROBLOX Installer.
-Double click, and a pop up should appear, then click Run and then INSTALL.
Then, try playing a game.
That should fix it.
FOR MAC OS AND OSX,
I suggest you update to OSX Mavericks first,
- Click Finder, Applications > then Search ROBLOX. Delete it.
Next, open Safari, and click the stopwatch/ clock icon next to the search bar, it represents 'Downloads'.
Open that, and there should be some file(s) named Roblox.dmg.
Double click that file, and it should start downloading ROBLOX.
Once downloaded, hit play and see if it worked!
