How exactly is BLOXFair going to work? (ROBLOX Admins)

Is there going to be only one booth, and all the people who signed up go to it or are there going to be separate ROBLOX booths? Also, are there going to be monitors to hook our laptop up to with a VGA or HDMI cables? Thanks for your time!
