Slayer, when I took over there were barely 3 people at a training all of those people as well were HRs. Now we improving on some of the achievements that we have accomplished, yes they may not be "omg epic" achievements. However it is progress nonetheless.
Honestly, if people like you are in clans then we know the reason why the clan world has been said to be 'dying'. You've come onto the thread and offering criticism which quite frankly is irrelevant, because your point has been proven wrong. I will add, during one of my meetings we had the attendance of 40 people. There were a couple non-UCR, and the majority UCR. I don't know about you, but I can hardly call that dead.
Also by the way, that meeting was held about 2-3 weeks ago.
Now I will go onto addressing your attitude that we shouldn't fix what isn't broken. Since I have been on break, some people have let the standards slide. This is something I cannot and will not allow. Therefore, these courses are designed to help a HR/MR if they require it. I don't want to demote the MR/HRs, I want to do what I can to prevent it getting to that stage.
UCR may not be in the best of situations, but your comments are hardly helping. So please do everyone a favor and go away, because your opinion here is honestly not wanted because of that attitude you have taken. If you put your comments in a way which shows that you are able of comprehending the bigger picture, then maybe Killer wouldn't have felt the need to start defending UCR.

Why thank you, your opinion weight as much as air to me. I have never been in UCR nor do I ever plan on joining. The Big Boys is not a division of UCR, but a development team working side by side with UCR to help out.
I would normally not bother replying to someone who can't put out anything positive but instead bash others with his own ignorance and stupidity. However you are one sad case so I might as well.
Enjoy while we bring UCR back and the people who has been looking at your posts slowly but steadily, come to our side.
UCR is a piece of clan history and should not go away, simple as that. |

I honestly don't see the point in all this negativity. You're just proving how incompetent you are by calling a clan, on an online game, where people go to play said game with friends and enjoy it, "trash".
People don't come here to be insulted, they come here to have fun. Where do you get off putting people down? Jeeze. You sound like that imbecilic guy in pre-school setting out to impress others on behalf of another.
Sure, although it has nothing to do with you and your input is neither required nor wanted, UCR might not be the most active clan in the world which is why, through trial and error, John and many of his High Ranks are striving to fix it. Unlike the majority of other clans, UCR isn't there to make money from. We are actually a community.
I appreciate the work of other clans and hard work they put into their clans, but it seems some of you just come on this game to put people down. If you're not going to offer some sort of helpful opinion that isn't a frankly appalling insult, take it to someone who gives a crap.
