Blues lose 2 straight over the weekend and stay up at 2nd, Avalanche won 6 in a row until a shootout loss after coming back down 2-0 in the 3rd and still get a point but drop to 7th.

What Vezzie said. No Duchene for colorado which is basically your best player by far. Chicago has won 3 straight I think and beat a great Blues team without Toews, Kane, Saad and Oduya. Saad was sitting outso he isnt hurt and all 3 of the other players will be 100% for the playoffs |

But even with Chicago healthy for the most part the Avs took the season series 4-1 and I know most of you say "Regular season means nothing." Then if it means nothing the Blues will lose first round like the last 2 seasons, the Avs won 3 in a row without Duchene coming from 2-0 deficits in the 3rd and losing 1 game in a SO after winning 6 straight drops them 2 7th? Ok then. |

Not to mention Unwanted the Avs were without one of their better defencemen Cody McLeod and Duchene on Saturday and they still beat St. Louis 4-0. |

Scratch what I said about 1st round for the Blues for last two seasons, they've been beat by the Kings 1st round last season and swept by them 2 seasons ago. |
