Frost Legion has a certain structure to its training and how training works. Its discipline and control are based on the Sergeant’s actions. These rules are to be followed without mistake or inaccuracy, if so done, punishment can be issued. First offense of any rule is only heaved one dehortation. Training Guidelines: 1. Sergeant’s (or above) hosting that training should be to a scheduled training 15 minutes before it starting, there are no excuses for being late. 2. Recruits (or above) should be on time, if they are not there during the “Warm up”, and are absent when training starts, they are late. Late recruits will not receive a recommendation or promotion. 3. When running obstacle courses, there is only 1 hour standard for training. Which means you need to have a time limit on your exercise courses. Taking 5 minutes to complete a course is too long. 4. When swordfighting, make sure that all soldiers are calm and sportsmanlike. Remind them that there is no speaking during a sword fight, only the post game “handshake” or “Gg” (good game) is allowed. “Good Game” after a swordfight is actually encouraged, so make sure to look for that. 5. There will be not one interruption, if someone is talking during lines, obstacle courses, or sword fighting without permission of the sergeant (or above). Issue a warning, then issue a physical punishment (5 rounds of a obstacle course). 6. When a Lieutenant (or above) is present at the base, all men must salute him when he arrives at your group. No matter what they are doing (Including sword fighting) Promotion Standards: Promotion for recruits is simple, one recommendation out of a whole group can mean a lot. But for our standards, it can be excessive. These are some standards you must go by when giving recommendations to a Major (or above). (disclaimer: recommendations are not promotions) 1 - 5 Member Attendance - 1 recommendation allowed 5 - 10 Member Attendance - 3 recommendations allowed
