Its called egg "HUNT" for a reason, and it just takes the fun away searching for the eggs. Instead of cloning it you can just search for it and find it yourself which is more fun and accomplishing than cloning an egg that you never earned legit.

Fun is subjective. Just look at cow clickers- Do you want to get those exalithium crystals, one every hour, or do you want to buy them with IRL cash and save the hassle? Same concept here. Profit from the lazy. If YOU don't want it, then YOU don't buy it.
