Anyone having trouble with tools lately?

Whenever I enter a place with more than one tool, instead of 9 tool spaces there are just 4, often bunched together to make them hard to select. There is also an unclickable 0th tool that I can only use if I move it to a different slot.

Yeah, makes it difficult to play games like Apocalypse Rising.
