Dragons of The Northern Weyr (AKA 'DOTNW' or simply 'NW') is a group created for the purpose of text roleplaying, and can be found at http://www.roblox.com/My/Groups.aspx?gid=1067685 . The roleplay is based around a group of dragons living together in one group, known as the Northern Weyr. The Northern Weyr's territory borders the land of three other Weyrs; the Southern, Western and Eastern Weyrs. Punishment will be dealt in the form of post deletion to those who fail to stick to the rules. ₁. Kᴇᴇᴘ ɪᴛ ʀᴇᴀʟ In the roleplay, dragons are real, thus we must roleplay realistically. That means nothing fancy like magic, colour changing eyes, superpowers or communication with the dead. ₂. Dᴏɴ·ᴛ ᴄᴏɴᴛʀᴏʟ ᴏᴛʜᴇʀ ᴘᴇᴏᴘʟᴇs· ᴄʜᴀʀᴀᴄᴛᴇʀs There's no limit to how many characters you can create, so it's a bit unfair if you try to play as another person's character. So don't try and make someone else's character do something! ₃. Nᴏ Gᴏᴅᴍᴏᴅᴅɪɴɢ/Pᴏᴡᴇʀ﹣ᴘʟᴀʏɪɴɢ There is no such thing as an invincible dragon, nor is there such thing as superpowers in this roleplay. So no dodging every attack or instant killing, or other stuff like that. ₄. Usᴇ ʙʀᴀᴄᴋᴇᴛs ᴡʜᴇɴ ᴘᴏsᴛɪɴɢ ᴏᴜᴛ ᴏғ ᴄʜᴀʀᴀᴄᴛᴇʀ It lets us know when you're posting out of character so we don't get confused on the wall. (), [] and {} are all fine to use. ₅. Kᴇᴇᴘ ɪᴛ Fʀᴇsʜ Don't keep repeating yourself if you can help it. It's better to keep the roleplay interesting. ₆. Usᴇ ɢʀᴀᴍᴍᴀʀ ᴡʜᴇɴ ʀᴏʟᴇᴘʟᴀʏɴɢ "He walked through the clearing and threw his battle claws off." is a lot easier to understand than "he walkd thru the clering & threw claws off". It looks better, too. ₇. Hᴀᴠᴇ ғᴜɴ Remember it's all just roleplay and made for the sake of fun! So don't get too distressed if your character is in a bad state.
