Found an egg but didn't give you any badge? Here's a fix

Apparently if you find an egg (i.e egg of time) on a broken server, it'll show up in your collection tab but not give you a badge thus not allowing you to enter the next portal. If you want to get a badge find a non-broken server. To know if the server isn't broken you must find an egg (i.e egg of luck) and once you pick it up, it'll say "You've found (insert egg here)" if it doesn't show anything like that then the server is broken. Note: try not to use a basic egg to determine if the server is broken or not, I think their names normally don't pop up.

try server hopping until you find a server that says "you've picked up (egg name)", if it says that, it's a non-broken server
