Every time I try to it says "Roblox is updating" and half the time the Updating prompt doesn't even open, but whenever it does it just is stuck on "Configuring update" It's been doing this for 3 hours Any suggestions? woah take it easy man

You can either: 1) don't contact roblox (because everyone know they do nothing) 2) seek parental help 3) go see a technician

My parent's can't do anything about it, I know more about it then they do. When our router got DDoSed they had no idea what happened, lmfao. Trying to uninstall Roblox atm. woah take it easy man

Hi. I might know the problem. It could be your computer. You could try to buy a new one or restore your computer factory settings. You could scan for a virus by downloading a software program.

This has happened multiple times already, too. I usually just log off the computer, wait a while, log back on, and it's fine. woah take it easy man
