perhaps it's not in a .png or .jpg format. pretty sure those are the only two formats.

Hey. What type of item were you trying to upload the image as? (T-shirt, shirt, pants, etc.) Keep in mind that shirts and pants *must* be 585x559 in terms of size. Thanks, Jason Kinetec

Hey. Make sure you're uploading the image as a .png or .jpeg/.jpg file. These are the only image formats that are allowed to be uploaded. Thanks, Jason Kinetec

It might be a .gif file, not a .jpg or a .png file that you are uploading.
