So i'm not entirely sure if this was the main cause, but my problem only occurred after this happened;
So I joined a war fort (specifically Vortex Security fort)and there was a ROBLOX admin there testing out HR commands, RoboYZ, I started hearing rumors that VS had technical problems when an ROBLOX admin kicked someone, the whole game shut down. So of course, RoboYZ kicks someone and my whole game freezes; I begin to exit out the player and rejoin. But when I joined, I couldn't move my character at all. I couldn't even type to chat. I thought that was weird so I left the game and proceeded into several different games, and in all of those games I wasn't able to move my character at all or chat. Once again, I thought it was strange so I logged off and logged back in, I still couldn't chat/move my character. I logged off again, and logged onto one of my alts; I couldn't move/chat even on another account.
tl;dr: I can't move my character/type to chat because an admin shut down a server. |

Ehh I don't know if this will work but...
Go to your place in edit mode and then click play solo. If you can move there, exit and go to start server (online mode). If it doesn't work there, figure out what is wrong there...
Don't know if this is useful though.

Well, you could just re-install ROBLOX.
Or, shutdown your computer forcibly; directly from the Start-Up button.
If these don't work.

you might as well break your computer.

Check if your ROBLOX network settings are not misconfigured. (ROBLOX Studio)-> Settings -> Network
Also check if you can play in solo mode. Check if your firewall isn`t blocking roblox. (This is a network problem) |

Can you move from another device or computer? |
|
|
Add a proxy server or VPN connection to your internet options, and see if you can move. |

Try checking for viruses on your virus program, and uninstall and reinstall roblox.
I am sure that if you DO in fact have a virus, it's not roblox's fault.

This is just a broken Admin commands script. And you rejoined before a new server, because the servers wheres it's executed on, is frozen (probably a looping function without any wait() )
