ok so i'm always online at night and that means that the bright color scheme is really annoying and hurts my eyes so i had a good and magical and wonderful idea:
let the player choose a few colors for different theme elements
for instance, all the blue stuff could be changed to like orange or whatever
and like all the text could be changed to oh let's just say white
and we could make that big blindingly white background a nice dark grey
now of course this makes the [sarcasm]biggest selling point[/sarcasm] of obc obsolete; the darker black-and-yellow color scheme
and my remedy to that is that NBC gets to pick from a set list of colors (white, black, various shades of grey, red, blue, pink, orange, green, purple, yellow, etc.), while BC+ can input a hex color code or whatever
it'd be a big relief for my eyes and the eyes of many others i'm sure
also (and i'm just adding this as an afterthought) if you go to someone's profile you see their theme and then you can choose to copy it directly with one click if you like it |
