With BCers granted up to 50 players in a server, it should be about time for a minimal increase for the NBCers. Currently, NBCers have 1-20 players/server.
My suggestion is that NBC would be granted with server limits from 21-30, because there are NBC who are also good builders of good places, as well as benefit former BC members who do not wish to re-upgrade to BC.

If you get BC and set your place to a certain player limit, it WILL NOT change after your BC has expired unless you make changes to that number.
