1. The average doctor does not make that however very good doctors do.
2. The competition between insurance companies brings the rates lower. These rates can be less than the extra taxes that they have to pay for the free health care. Many people have jobs related to medical insurance. If everyone goes to the government those people have no jobs. |

Okay now I understand what you ment by that. In regards to socialist countries this is not causing a problem at all due to the fact that there are no health insurance companies (except the accidental death ones.) so therefore jobs arn't being lost... |

Yes you are correct China isn't actually communist, there are many people that live in upper class housing due to high end jobs.
And I shall repeat for the 2nd or 3rd time, I am from CANADA I am 17 years old, I'm not repeating this again...frankly I find this quite rude the "tone" of your writing.
Communism why do I like it hmm... I like the ideals of the Government having total control, I also like things like the well being of the citizens threw healthcare/education. |

Not like Totalitarianism where they have more facist ideals, but like the former USSR, I personally would be a loyal citizen and I asume I would be able to get a good government job anyways.
Like have control over all alchol (Canada already does this)
Education
Health Care
Army
Roads
Pretty much everything, but of course everyone would be placed into the jobs that suited them the best. Also Having a very low tolerance for Law breakers.

Your second line is incorrect Government has control over many things but not everything in socialism.
No one is better all are equal is also a statement that is more communist than socialist.
"Not anything is free" Nice grammer... that statement makes no sense, if you ment nothing is free that that is incorrect that is Capitalism. Althou if you ment everything is free that is also incorrect that would be a communist statement.
