if this story is true through and through, it sounds like he butt into a conversation he wasn't a part of, with hostility. you acted like any other kid would, and gave his BS back to him, so he threw a weapon at you, and then, once you were injured, continued to attack and beat you to the ground. once on the ground, he attempted to continue the attack, when you did all you could to defend yourself, which resulted in him hitting his head. YOU DEFENDED YOURSELF from his ATTACK upon you, which resulted in him getting hurt. Once you hit him and could see he was no longer fighting back, you ceased fighting and did your best to help him from getting hurt anymore. The parents probably believe the kid of their little angel and that you attacked him for no reason. He's probably a self entitled little brat. The lawyer is a sleaze. You had every right to defend yourself. The school expelled you because of the terrible, terrible zero tolerance policies in place. Although you guys probably had more issues than you go on about, I doubt they warranted his attack. If the Judge has any intelligence, he will rule in your favor. You beat that kid's ass.

If this is true you really wrecked this kid. He is probably going to have back-problems for the rest of his life if they can even fix his broken back with surgery. If not, he may be confined to a wheelchair for the rest of his life. I don't know if this story is biased to justify the damage you inflicted, or even true for that matter. I don't know why you posted this on roblox.
