Of course, some of you might believe that just combat skills, e.g handling swords, or RCD guns, developing precision in rekking targets.. Or getting used to various obstacle courses and enhancing agility is all that matters in gaining promotions or simply 'proving yourselves'. No doubt, this experience 'would' help you in attaining success in trainings, raids etc, triggering a 'competitive' environment, and also might be worth the fun. But, that would hardly get you anywhere.
What truly matters... is your loyalty towards a group. On a wider basis of explanation, its a quality which shows how much you respect it, trust it, and your will to completely submit yourselves to it, adhering to discipline, and cooperation towards others, or just contributing to maintain your 'role' in the group, allowing it to flourish.
If you've read this thread this far,well, it also indicates your loyalty towards D.R.A.F.
As per discipline, the most important aspects are patience, and obedience. Some of you might also recommend grammar, which surely helps portray a group in a more impressive social image. I've seen several members, just losing hope and leaving D.R.A.F Remember guys, we are still reforming, and as another expression of loyalty would be, to just hold on.
Only patience bears fruit, pals.
As for active participation, a member is able to gain recognition amongst fellows and HRs. Hence, an active member is more likely to be promoted.
As for HRs, they must develop strong organisation and leadership skills, respect subordinates and subjects i.e. negotiating with them and fulfìlling their demands, and contributing to the grouq's welfare to the maximum extent.
If such attributes are seen in the D.R.A.F community, we shall be bound to prosperity and progress.
