And that idea would be worse if you would say: and nbcers can buy only 3 hats 1 shirt and 1 pants. and time limit to nbcers only 30 mins playing games and no friends and no chat and 3 places in day and price floors must be 10 robux only to shirts and pants, and no badges for nbc, (so just make them like guests)

This can't work because ROBLOX doesn't control TC, and the ratio would become something like 5:1 from this instead (which is perfect for place developers).
