An option to block a user from forever trading w/ you.

Hi, I have this one user that keeps attempting to trade w/ me, no matter how many times I decline. I prepose, on a user's page, a button in the "More" tab that prevents that user from trading with you, and vice versa. The option can be turned off anytime. Thanks, Sik Pick. Plot.
