For a idea to make it better. keep your mouse out of the film (Unless its to make it really funny or for a weapon) and if you can or know how make those top bars gone maybe by lowering recording space a little and rehearse the intro so it moves a little less jerkily.

he got a good program but i dont think it will help so much because i seen it recording the whole screen(unless its not a game record but screen recorder) and its hard to aim to HD if you want to get rid of them with a screen recorder i suggest getting sony vegas =P that should be easy to convert the video from HQ to HD
