movies do not need to be of notable importance. And actually I've heard that it does teach some valuable stuff about high school but i do have to agree that it's pretty bad. And I've never even seen it.

I'm a girl, and I hate High School Musical. I like music and all that, but seriously, HSM has absolutely no point. I swear I almost fell asleep when I watched it. It should be called High School SNOOZE-ical.

Smiley3000 has a good point, but I don't think the fighting's gonna end soon sadly. I personally dislike HSM, I really don't see much of a plot, I honestly think it's a bunch of popular people singing about how cool they supposedly are, it annoys me. It proves just how vein most people are nowadays.
