Extreme mouse lag

My mouse lags in studio in edit mode and build mode. This happens when I move the mouse to the toolbars,toolbox,and even explorer or. But when I move the mouse to the place itself,it stops. Help?

It's not the mouse, it's your hardware of the PC. By default in Edit mode in studio you can't change the graphics level setting, so it locks it self on the highest possible detail graphics setting which is 10.

Studio is fine until I move the mouse cursor outside the place window. Maybe my mouse is not compatible?

The amount of bricks is the problem for me. Just look into an open space for 3 seconds, move your mouse around and it should be fine. Keep doing this every 10 minutes or so.

@hm Windows 8 is not the issue, I have Windows 8 on an Ailenware 14 and it works beast on my mouse, I recommend Logitech.

This has happened to me. In studio there is a settings bar and you can adjust some things there, but look through the options carefully and go to the display ones. Configure at your own risk.

I fixed it by changing studio's compatibility settings. Parenting setting studio's program compatibility settings to Windows XP works for my Windows 7. SOMEHOW. Roblox logic.

It stopped working the next time I started it up. :I
