The other day, I saw a thread saying that petitions should be banned from Roblox. Now, most of us know that Roblox was created in the US. Roblox, which is a US based company, has to follow US laws. The US has laws that protect us from unfair treatment, and the US also has laws against cyberbullying and bullying. That means, If roblox took away our right to protest, it is breaking the law, which means your anti-petitions would be, if added, unlawful and would probably not happen anyway. The reason I am posting this is because I think you need to know, that no matter what, we always will have the freedom of speech and thought.

No, due to the fact that Roblox is a US based company, it must follow US laws. That means that our freedom of petition can not be blocked because of the Bill of Rights, which protects our rights from BOTH the government and other parties who would impeach our rights. Which means that no one, not Roblox OR the government, can stop our right to petition for change.

OK, you can petition. But that doesn't mean ROBLOX has to listen. It's their site lol they can do what they want.

Roblox isn't a US Based company... They have most of their servers in Canada (If you would look, you would see your connecting to Canadian IPs, not US IPs). Roblox's Headquarters is yes, in the US, BUT that doesn't mean it has to follow US rules, its an international company, seeing many people come from the UK, Ireland, Germany, etc.

You can protest without petitions. In fact, you protesting without petitions actually boosts your chances of getting listened to. Freedom of speech/thought only applies to being free to say what you want and not being arrested. Are you being arrested for signing a petition? No.

You're allowed to talk all you want, but people don't have to listen.
