Hello! Can somebody help me? Sorry for my english - iam normally german. I played on roblox every time without Problems - suddenly this message Comes when i want to Play example Murder Mistery (but on all other games, too). I can't Play any game - the message "roblox is updating" is there all the time. Here is the whole error message: An error occured while starting ROBLOX Player Details: deployVersionedFile Libraries.zip to "C:Programm Files (x86)\Roblox\Versions\Version-890fab9e68e74869\ failed: unzOpen failed for C:\ProgramData\Roblox\Downloads\fd878831c2e7588b94b670c9c05aaa57 I tried to: a) delete Roblox Player and install it new b) Start the Computer new c) install winzip again (thought it could be this) d) tried it in Internet Explorer and in Chrome e) Set the Explorer on the Default Settings. This sounds like an issue trying to unzip a download because the files ended up corrupted from the download. Try typing C:\ProgramData\Roblox\Downloads and deleting everything in there. Then try to redownload. If no avail, then try to do it on a neighbor's internet.

First thanks for you help. I deleted all in the Directory. The same Problem. Then i deleted the programs in the other Directory - the only Change - he tries to install the roblox Player new.... but the error message Comes again. What do you mean with: try to do it on a neigbor's Internet? Thx

If you are using wireless internet, you can probably pick up the neighbors' WiFi.

Sorry, iam not at home, but i a have a cable for the Internet....do you think this could be the Problem? the downloading?
