Yes! I try to make purchases on mobile (80bux for 99cents because that's as low as Roblox can go) and it says "cannot make purchase. Check parental settings" but the thing is I have absolutely no parental restrictions of any kind whatsoever. I honestly wish Roblox had a way to buy a certain number of bux but there are only preset options!! Can we please have an adjustable robux purchasing system?!?! Come on Roblox!

I get it too. I'm living in poland. that typed "Transaction declined by Bank" And i haved to pay 4$ for 400 robux. but... that is a waste of time to buy robux finally.

I think I figured it out guys! I had the same problem, and I found out that to make online purchases, you need to have a ZIP code tied to your card. I haven't tested it yet, but when I called, the operator said that is what is required to make online purchases.

The sames thing been happening to me while using Paypal i have 106.000 on that account and it wont let me buy 800 robux for 9.95 although i already bought 400 robux for 4.95 already.

So i'm having the same problem too. Long story short, Roblox is refusing to make the transactions. if you call the Visa Card support for it theyll say there was no attempted transactions. Roblox is refusing to make them. it had worked on the last one i've made
