Due to various updates plugins may glitch a little ow, hn moving parts.
There is also a small studio glitch that occurs rarely where when you try and move an object in one axis it moves in a different axis. Try compensating for that by just using a different handle.
If, however, you are referring to the glitch where a part or object 'jumps' in space a little whenever you try and move it, and it becomes off center there are very few ways of dealing with it. Try turning snapping and collision check off, or resizing the part into the object as opposed to moving it. This is an anoying glitch with very few solutions I'm afraid.
